Dev D girl Mahie Gill is seen here in a red dress & as she was shot for the title track of the film Mirch at Dreams Zone Studio in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. Mahie plays the role of a sutradhar (narrator) in the film and was shooting for the folk version of the song Mirch (hence the red-hot costume) which will appear in the beginning of the film.Mahie's also shooting for the retro version of Mirch, which is directed by Vinay Shukla (of the Godmother & Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche fame) and also stars Shahana Goswami & Arunoday Singh.
